What you will do

• Generate mechanical designs for precision assemblies and mechatronic systems from concept to production.
• Perform stack-up tolerance analysis to ensure functional integrity and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers on PCB fit checks, enclosure integration, and interface validation.
• Develop mechanical fixtures for testing, validation, and automated assembly processes.
• Manage the transition of new products from design to production, including tooling and process implementation.
• Provide technical support to strategic customers during pre-sale and post-sale phases.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in integrated product design, robotics, or medical devices.
• Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of prototyping techniques and production processes like injection molding and sheet metal forming.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality standards.
• Experience with test automation and embedded system integration.
