What you will do

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives impacting customer-facing teams including acquisition, account management, marketing, and product.
• Develop and lead measurable strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment on key strategic initiatives.
• Manage special projects across various departments and functions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to shape company priorities and guide departmental work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must-have.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with B2B software.
• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field.
