What you will do

• Execute live operations strategy, including events, seasonal content, and community activations for a new RPG title.
• Collaborate with economy designers to tune rewards, incentives, and player motivations while maintaining a healthy game economy.
• Work with analytics teams to perform performance reviews, A/B tests, and cohort trend analysis to improve retention and engagement.
• Monitor and optimize key business metrics such as DAU, session length, and event participation against targets.
• Actively suggest tool improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, design, art, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering results in player engagement on market-leading products, preferably RPG or collection RPG titles.
• Strong understanding of player motivations, retention systems, reward psychology, and event-driven engagement loops.
• Experience with A/B testing initiatives to maximize feature KPIs.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with diverse partner teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics and live ops tooling.
• Must be available to support live operations needs, including occasional weekend or after-hours coverage.
