What you will do

  • Define and execute the live operations strategy for EVE Vanguard.
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal beats, events, updates, rewards, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor player behavior, sentiment, and game health using quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Support the development of scalable operational pipelines, communication rhythms, and release processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, Community, Analytics, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Live Operations, Product Management, or Monetization within the games industry.
  • Experience working on a live service multiplayer title.
  • Strong understanding of player engagement, retention, progression systems, and seasonal content strategies.
  • Ability to work with analytics, KPIs, and player behavior data to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London studio.
