What you will do

• Define the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for commerce audiences across the brand portfolio.
• Build and manage automated, behavior-driven commerce lifecycle journeys in the ESP.
• Create creative briefs for email assets and collaborate with brand teams on content.
• Specify segmentation requirements and partner with engineering and data teams to implement behavioral signals.
• Develop testing roadmaps for subject lines, cadence, and personalization.
• Own commerce retention KPIs, including repeat purchase rate and lifetime value.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM strategy for commerce/transactional audiences.
• Hands-on experience building automated journeys in an ESP.
• Ability to translate marketing needs into technical data requirements for engineering.
• Strong analytical skills to tie retention efforts directly to revenue.
• Strong cross-functional project management skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
