TL;DR

Location: New York, NY. Hybrid (up to 50% remote)

Salary: $100,000 - $145,000

What you will do

  • Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and assessment of retail media investments for the US Luxury Division.
  • Develop and refine Retail Media best practices emphasizing performance, transparency, efficiency, and brand safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, DTC) to translate corporate objectives into actionable campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data to surpass KPI benchmarks.
  • Serve as an internal expert for retailer.com activations, advising brands on creative and content optimization.
  • Explore and implement new beta opportunities with retail partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in media, retail media, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of retail media, commerce media, and performance marketing strategy.
  • Experience working directly with key retail partners such as Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, and Nordstrom.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into business recommendations.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.

  • Experience with prestige and/or luxury brands.
  • Ability to balance brand-building objectives with performance-driven KPIs.
  • Passion for beauty, luxury, and evolving consumer trends.
