What you will do

  • Partner with Senior Account Executives to influence and support sales opportunities across North American markets.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with global Service Delivery and Product teams to ensure solution feasibility and accurate pricing.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations to diverse audiences, from Application Managers to C-suite executives.
  • Develop comprehensive scoping requirements to ensure clarity for downstream execution.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to support sales deals and global initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Central or Western United States.
  • 12–15 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering or Solution Architect role within an enterprise software or services ecosystem.
  • Mastery of software licensing models for major ERP and database platforms (SAP, Oracle, IBM).
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise applications, middleware, and database technologies in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and partnering with sales teams in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with application and database security frameworks (PCI, NERC, CIP).
