What you will do

• Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement robust safety procedures.
• Provide specialist SHEQ advice to internal teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure contract compliance and embed positive safety behaviors within operational teams.
• Perform audits and lead root cause analysis investigations.
• Develop and deliver innovative safety training and briefing materials.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive safety initiatives and business goals.

Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma required.
• Considerable relevant experience in the construction or water industry.
• Current full UK driving license required.
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations (Client, Principal Designer, and Principal Contractor roles).
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence teams.
• Effective problem-solving skills and experience in auditing.
