• Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Optimize team performance through effective process implementation and resource management.
• Guide the team through complex sales scenarios and support high-stakes negotiations.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and professional development of team members.
• Analyze key revenue drivers to influence and support overall business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a full-cycle sales team.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to set clear expectations and foster open communication.
• Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and coaching best practices.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
