What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Optimize team performance through effective process implementation and resource management.
- Guide the team through complex sales scenarios and support high-stakes negotiations.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, and professional development of team members.
- Analyze key revenue drivers to influence and support overall business growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing a full-cycle sales team.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to set clear expectations and foster open communication.
- Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and coaching best practices.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
