What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and goal alignment throughout the customer journey.
- Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to technical subject matter experts.
- Drive successful deployment and adoption of the browser through proactive guidance and regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Support teams to provide a seamless and comprehensive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Manage onboarding, training, and enablement processes across different user personas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–10+ years of proven experience in customer success within the software industry.
- Experience in a high-touch model managing a small portfolio of accounts (fewer than 20).
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Must be based in the Dallas/Coppell headquarters.
Nice to have
- Experience with CS platforms such as Planhat or Gainsight.
- Familiarity with JIRA and software development lifecycle tools.
- Knowledge of network security, end-user experience, and operational IT processes.
