What you will do

• Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to execute tactical sourcing strategies.
• Identify strategic search opportunities for priority roles.
• Manage job postings across various external platforms.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches.
• Screen candidates for interest, salary expectations, and cultural fit while maintaining ATS documentation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant sourcing experience required.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Apollo.
• Proven results in past sourcing or recruiting roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
