What you will do
- Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to execute tactical sourcing strategies.
- Identify strategic search opportunities for priority roles.
- Manage job postings across various external platforms.
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches.
- Screen candidates for interest, salary expectations, and cultural fit while maintaining ATS documentation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant sourcing experience required.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Apollo.
- Proven results in past sourcing or recruiting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
