Metro Area Sales Manager (Automotive)

Location: United States; Los Angeles territory. Remote conditions are stated, but candidates must live in or near the Los Angeles territory or be willing to relocate for the position.

What you will do

• Manage retail development for a group of dealerships within the Los Angeles territory.
• Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line and ensure dealer orders meet market demand.
• Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability.
• Review minimum sales responsibility and identify opportunities to improve dealer performance.
• Analyze dealer financial statements and advise on retail operations improvements.
• Ensure advertising, marketing initiatives, branding, and sales satisfaction align with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Residence in or near the Los Angeles territory, or willingness to relocate for the position.
• Experience in a new-car automotive dealership environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, build positive relationships, and achieve goals.
