What you will do

• Lead the marketing function for a product segment or functional area through subordinate managers.
• Direct product strategy, market requirements, technology roadmaps, pricing, and product positioning.
• Develop business plans and assess market penetration to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.
• Direct competitive analysis and market research to evaluate customer needs and identify product enhancements.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products and enhance existing product lines.
• Recommend resource deployment and influence senior executives and external organizations.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of relevant systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness supporting financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and executing business plans.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills with senior executive stakeholders.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
