TL;DR

Solution Sales - Sr Associate Partner (Enterprise Software): Educating customers and shaping solution opportunities for the hirify.global Platform across the analytics and decisioning lifecycle with an accent on complex enterprise solution selling in financial services. Focus on building senior stakeholder relationships, structuring and positioning platform proposals, and driving long-term, profitable customer outcomes.

What you will do

  • Share expertise in Decisioning, Analytics, and Optimization for financial services to help clients adopt the hirify.global Platform.
  • Build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify urgent decision management problems and map them to platform capabilities.
  • Research and shape solution opportunities with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Pre-Sales Architects to formulate and position proposals.
  • Drive customer satisfaction with purchased solutions to create long-term, expanding, profitable relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services to deliver a cohesive sales effort.
  • Manage sales targets (quarterly and annual) with earnings upside when targets are exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or experience developed in work environments.
  • Strong track record building relationships and understanding client industry and business/technology challenges.
  • Demonstrated success structuring and selling complex enterprise software solutions to large clients in financial services/banking (a plus).
  • Interest and/or experience in technical and business use of data, behavioral profiles, decision management, orchestration, machine learning, artificial intelligence, simulation, and optimization in SaaS offerings.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week for customer meetings (currently limited due to COVID-19, but expected when opportunities arise).
