What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, timely responses to global RFx and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes.
• Maintain and optimize hirify.global One environments to support the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with global Solutions Engineering and Customer Success Management teams.
• Manage and enrich knowledge assets to enable seamless organizational collaboration.
• Define and refine internal procedures to improve cross-functional request handling.
• Act as a subject matter expert for RFx/DDQ processing tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in presales, solutions consulting, or sales support for enterprise software.
• Expertise in responding to RFx/DDQ processes using standard workflows and tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• English proficiency required.
• Proactive mindset with interest in knowledge management or sales enablement tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM systems and dedicated RFx/DDQ software platforms.
• Exposure to financial services or enterprise SaaS environments.
