What you will do

• Take full entrepreneurial ownership of a portfolio of strategic banking clients as the primary executive contact.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at the C-Suite level.
• Define the strategic direction of solutions in collaboration with Solutioning and Product teams.
• Act as the Executive Sponsor for critical transformation programs within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to scale growth and position the company within the South African banking ecosystem.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a senior role within the financial services sector, specifically banking.
• Deep understanding of transformation initiatives in transaction banking, payments, or core banking.
• Proven experience in developing and managing relationships at the executive level.
• Track record of identifying, structuring, and executing complex business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to connect commercial considerations with delivery requirements.
• Must be based in South Africa
