What you will do

• Own a portfolio of strategic banking clients end to end and serve as the central executive-level contact.
• Build long-term relationships with senior banking stakeholders beyond individual projects.
• Define solution direction with solutioning and product teams and ensure commercial commitments are delivered.
• Act as executive sponsor for critical client programs and steer large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Work with sales and go-to-market teams to expand hirify.global’s presence and create new opportunities in South Africa.
• Connect business development, solution strategy, and delivery across the client value chain.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a senior financial-services role focused on banking.
• Deep knowledge of transaction banking, payments, or core banking transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and develop relationships with senior and executive-level clients.
• Experience identifying, structuring, and executing complex business and transformation initiatives.
• Experience steering large-scale programs in complex environments and connecting commercial considerations with delivery requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and strong execution capability.
