What you will do

  • Identify, create, and expand new business opportunities across UK public sector accounts and manage pipeline aligned to procurement cycles.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across central government, local authorities, healthcare, and other public sector bodies.
  • Lead complex SaaS deals in regulated procurement environments and apply MEDDPICC to multi-layered decision processes.
  • Develop value-led proposals tied to measurable outcomes such as cost efficiency, service improvement, and citizen satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, AI adoption, and policy/compliance/governance considerations.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, solution consultants, partners, marketing, and customer success teams to win together.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS or Cloud/Digital solutions into the public sector (UK).
  • Experience navigating public sector procurement frameworks.
  • 7+ years managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience using MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Evidence of consistent overachievement.
