What you will do
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of public sector accounts as the primary commercial point of contact.
- Execute account plans to drive incremental growth via upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectives.
- Collaborate with internal business units (data, analytics, fraud services) to design and deliver integrated propositions.
- Navigate public sector procurement routes and buying frameworks, such as G-Cloud.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and extensions in coordination with internal commercial, legal, and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer-facing sales within the public sector or regulated environments.
- Strong track record of retaining and growing accounts selling data, software, or platform solutions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Understanding of public sector procurement and buying frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
