What you will do

  • Develop and execute customer activation and promotional plans aligned with sales goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales teams to create localized presentations and customer-facing content.
  • Coordinate the planning, delivery, and tracking of promotional assets.
  • Support engagement initiatives including newsletters, events, and incentive programs.
  • Manage activation budgets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, UK
  • Experience in B2B marketing, customer engagement, or brand activation.
  • Strong project coordination skills for managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and data reporting tools like Salesforce or Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
