TL;DR

Events & Sponsorship Manager (Marketing): Leading the end-to-end delivery of UK marketing events, sponsorships, and hospitality programs with an accent on data-driven decision-making and high-impact broker engagement. Focus on managing flagship programs, optimizing sponsorship activation, and collaborating with senior leadership to evolve the brand's market presence.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, Manchester, or London (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of UK marketing events, sponsorships, and hospitality from concept to evaluation.
  • Own flagship programs such as BIBA, Broker Expo, and the hirify.global Third Sector Awards.
  • Partner with Marketing Business Partners and senior leaders to ensure activity is aligned and commercially focused.
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, venues, and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Track performance and measure ROI to inform future strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using CRM, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
  • Proven experience delivering events end-to-end, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Experience managing suppliers, logistics, and budgets.
  • Confidence working with senior partners and taking ownership in live environments.
  • Clear communication skills in written, verbal, and in-person formats.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sponsorship activation or hospitality programs.
  • Agency events background.
  • Experience in regulated, B2B, or financial services environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Dynamics, Power BI, or Copilot.
