Location: Must be based in the UK (Leeds, Manchester, or London) with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of UK marketing events, sponsorships, and hospitality from concept to post-event evaluation.
- Own flagship programs such as BIBA, Broker Expo, Goodwood, and the Third Sector Awards.
- Partner with Marketing Business Partners and senior leaders to ensure activity is aligned and commercially focused.
- Manage budgets, suppliers, venues, and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Implement a data-led approach to track performance, measure ROI, and capture insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using tools like CRM, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Leeds, Manchester, or London.
- Proven experience delivering events end-to-end, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Experience managing suppliers, logistics, and budgets.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership in live environments.
- Clear communication skills in written, verbal, and in-person formats.
Nice to have
- Experience in sponsorship activation or hospitality programs.
- Agency events background.
- Experience in regulated, B2B, or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Dynamics, Power BI, or Copilot.
