What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and ensure effective delivery planning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and participate in key technical decisions.
• Promote modern technologies, including AI-driven development patterns.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Bucharest, Craiova, or Montreal.
• Significant experience in building and developing applications and services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with global, multi-time-zone teams.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Vue framework.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a product-driven environment.
