What you will do

• Define and execute technology strategy for fraud management platforms.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Drive a data-first approach to fraud capabilities and solution architecture.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of technology professionals.
• Partner with fraud, risk, product, and operations stakeholders to align priorities.
• Manage domain budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity is mandatory.
• 10-15 years of experience in technology with progressive responsibility.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in SDLC processes and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering through MVP and phased approaches.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud, payments, or financial services.
• Exposure to real-time transaction systems or risk platforms.
