What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information to support valuation work.
• Develop detailed financial models to value companies and investments.
• Aggregate and organize large datasets in Microsoft Excel and use Capital IQ and Bloomberg for financial and market data.
• Lead junior staff in building valuation models and ensure ownership of the final client deliverables.
• Present thorough valuation analyses and communicate project status and results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development activities, including client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of prior valuation work experience, preferably with a national accounting firm or valuation firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience as a key team member leading client-ready valuation deliverables (or similar client service deliverables).
• Significant progress toward an ASA designation or similar designation.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes) and/or Monte Carlo simulation.
