Senior Associate, Global Client Group (Independent Advisor Group)

Location: Santa Monica, United States; hybrid

Salary: $95,000–$140,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support Regional Directors with business development and client services for independent financial advisor clients across the West Coast.
• Explain complex investment principles, capital market research, and portfolio construction to financial advisors.
• Educate advisors on portfolio solutions and support practice management discussions.
• Travel with Regional Directors and build relationships with key advisor clients.
• Develop and deliver complex investment presentations and educational materials.
• Coordinate complex client-driven requests across a team of Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or the investment industry.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Access, with the ability to learn additional programs.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses are required and must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of employment.
