What you will do

• Streamline day-to-day benefit administration across EMEA and APJ regions.
• Lead annual plan renewals, market reviews, and design changes based on benchmarking and utilization trends.
• Ensure compliance with statutory benefits, social insurance, and reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and PEO partners to optimize performance and costs.
• Partner with HR Operations to manage eligibility, enrollments, and employee inquiries in Workday.
• Track KPIs and forecast benefits costs in partnership with Finance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive global benefits experience in multi-national tech or SaaS environments.
• Deep knowledge of statutory and market practices across health, retirement, and leave programs.
• Hands-on proficiency with Workday or equivalent HCM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and executive summaries.
• Fluency in English required.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications like CEBS or CIPD are a plus.
