Building Maintenance Technician (Electrical and Civil Maintenance)

What you will do

• Complete preventive maintenance activities and coordinate assigned special projects.
• Perform building repairs, including ceiling replacement, wall painting, plumbing repairs, and other minor civil works.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems for lighting, turnstiles, and other building-related equipment.
• Inspect facilities, identify malfunctions, and support the Facilities Emergency Response Team.
• Order replacement parts, maintain consumable stock, raise RFQs, manage invoices, and handle purchase orders.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors while supporting audits, continuous improvement, HSE compliance, and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Electrical knowledge sufficient to troubleshoot systems and perform minor civil repairs.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Valid driving license and own transportation.
• Ability to work independently, communicate with different staff and stakeholders, and work with minimal supervision.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of building safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.
