What you will do

• Execute preventive maintenance activities and coordinate special projects.
• Perform general building repairs including plumbing, painting, and ceiling maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems for lighting, turnstiles, and building equipment.
• Inspect facilities to identify malfunctions and ensure system functionality.
• Supervise maintenance work performed by external contractors.
• Manage spare parts inventory and process purchase orders for rectification works.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Valid driving license and own transportation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and perform minor civil repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.
• Knowledge of building safety procedures.
