Technician Manufacturing Equipment (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia; on-site equipment maintenance role

What you will do

• Maintain production machine performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and support repairs, maintenance, and machine conversions.
• Assist process and equipment engineers with new device evaluations and engineering runs.
• Complete machine status reports, handovers, and communication-book updates.
• Follow environmental procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and scrapping of waste and chemicals.
• Report activities that may conflict with environmental policies.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
• Regular attendance aligned with the operational work schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Die Attach, Die Sort, and Oven machines.
• Familiarity with computer systems and computer networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
