What you will do

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from prospective customers across the UKI region.
• Qualify inbound leads to determine business fit, buying interest, and opportunity potential.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to understand their business needs.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a seamless lead management process.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or any customer-facing role.
• Must be located in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience preferred.
