What you will do

  • Manage inbound lead queues end-to-end with a target conversion rate of ≥40% from lead to meeting.
  • Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Research and tailor messaging to address specific infrastructure or AI workload challenges.
  • Book a minimum of 12 qualified meetings per month while maintaining a ≥80% show rate.
  • Convert meetings into AE-owned pipeline with comprehensive CRM documentation and handoffs.
  • Report weekly on key metrics, lead quality, and market signals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in tech or cloud.
  • Proven ability to qualify prospects and uncover pain points through structured discovery.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to maintain high output and run outbound sequences under pressure.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work arrangements.

Nice to have

  • Background in cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, or AI/ML tooling sales.
  • Familiarity with solution-selling or product-led sales methodologies.
  • Understanding of the NVIDIA GPU ecosystem and AI infrastructure landscape.
