What you will do
- Drive new business opportunities by focusing on winning new logos within enterprise and government sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification and proposal development to closing deals.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales engineering, operations, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics and sales performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Indonesia.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the High-Tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of success in direct selling to Tier 1 accounts in sectors like Utilities, Healthcare, or Emergency Services.
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) or comparable market space.
- Proven experience in managing and growing a country operation or sales territory.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with expertise in technical and financial contracts.
