What you will do

• Lead UX design efforts across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through final design specifications.
• Translate complex B2B financial workflows into intuitive experiences for internal users and downstream consumers.
• Design, prototype, and test responsive web applications across desktop and mobile breakpoints.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Leverage and evolve a scalable design system, creating high-fidelity components in Figma.
• Utilize AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude Code, Make) to accelerate ideation and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of UX design experience, specifically with B2B or complex enterprise products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
• Deep experience working with design systems at scale and applying a mobile-first mindset.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods to inform design decisions.
• Comfort incorporating AI tools into the design workflow.
