Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer (Community Team): Leading design initiatives for streamer creation and viewer engagement experiences across the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on cross-platform consistency and user-centric problem solving. Focus on driving product strategy, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to build playful and caring software for global communities.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or New York City, NY.

Salary: $137,800 – $211,600 USD (base salary range depending on location).

What you will do

• Lead design work at the program level and represent projects to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and execute product features.
• Develop hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative data to improve user motivations and engagement.
• Mentor and grow junior designers while establishing best practices within the team.
• Contribute to and improve existing design patterns and approaches.
• Present work in design reviews and participate in feedback sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in UX design with a focus on content discovery or engagement.
• Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills, including mobile prototyping.
• Expertise with Figma.
• Proven ability to impact product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to make confident design decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI workflows.
• Background as a content creator or experience with UGC platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of design systems.
• Experience executing complex research plans.
