What you will do

  • Define and maintain the UX/UI development roadmap, aligning design vision with gameplay goals and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with game directors, art, and engineering to influence feature prioritization and system design.
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
  • Establish UX/UI standards, design systems, and component libraries to ensure scalability and production efficiency.
  • Lead and grow the UX/UI team through hiring, staffing strategy, and mentorship.
  • Drive UX decisions through research, competitive analysis, and playtesting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading UX/UI design for live service or ongoing multiplayer game products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work in game environments (systems, flows, prototypes).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
  • Experience with multi-platform development for PC and console.
  • Strong leadership experience in team building, planning, and design strategy execution.
