Salary: $169,600 – $253,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead discovery, ideation, and design of interactive experiences to improve player engagement and social connectivity.
• Conduct research on user behaviors and preferences to identify and translate findings into design opportunities.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed UX documentation to communicate solutions.
• Establish and evolve UX principles and design frameworks to ensure consistency across the product.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Art teams to ensure successful implementation and validation.
• Champion usability testing throughout the product lifecycle to identify risks and refine experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, specifically within the gaming or interactive entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of designing social features and player-centric systems that drive retention.
• Deep knowledge of game mechanics, behavioral design, and reward systems.
• Strong expertise in prototyping, iterative design, and validating concepts through user testing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
