What you will do

  • Prepare and analyze operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service quality.
  • Create performance reports and support the automation of internal processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate operational topics with international service providers.
  • Assist in quality management initiatives to improve service delivery.
  • Manage system access for external employees and handle administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be an enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical understanding and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
