What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for national and international customers and distribution partners regarding complaints.
- Manage and ensure a smooth complaint resolution process.
- Support the customer service team with various operational tasks.
- Provide product advice to customers to generate additional sales.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration (Bachelor or Master) or a comparable field.
- Very good command of English and German.
- Proactive, service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality.
- First experience in sales or customer relations, preferably in an international environment.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bayreuth, Germany.
