Location: Ability to work in our Berlin office at least 3 days a week (hybrid).

What you will do
- Manage and nurture customer accounts through communication and online marketing expertise.
- Work closely with customers to hone their online marketing strategy and quickly resolve advertiser issues.
- Take full ownership of growing and managing your own book of business and develop vertical expertise.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and skills for tool, and the digital ecosystem in general.
- Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with customers and partners such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and Google
- Collaborate with customers, Customer Success Managers, and the product development team to maintain the quick feedback loop.
Requirements
- Possess 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function.
- Have a good understanding of paid digital advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google and programmatic).
- Are highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals.
- Have strong spoken and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Ability to work in our Berlin office at least 3 days a week (hybrid).
- Are able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events.
