What you will do

• Own the education strategy for hirify.global's product ecosystem, connecting learning experiences across Codex, ChatGPT, APIs, and frontier models.
• Build and manage an education roadmap that prioritizes content, formats, and timing across major launches.
• Create scalable educational programs, demos, curricula, and interactive experiences for developers, startups, and enterprise customers.
• Partner with product, research, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure launches include clear educational framing and adoption paths.
• Experiment with new educational formats, including in-product learning, hands-on labs, and AI-native tutorials.
• Establish feedback loops and quality bars to ensure materials stay current with evolving models and APIs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in developer education, DevRel, technical content strategy, or instructional design.
• Experience owning end-to-end education or content strategy roadmaps, including prioritization and measurement.
• Proven track record of making complex technical or scientific ideas clear and actionable for broad audiences.
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI tools and partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and facilitation skills across written, live, video, and interactive formats.
• Must be based in San Francisco, USA
