What you will do

• Conduct in-depth assessments of client compliance controls and processes against regulatory frameworks.
• Design and develop scalable compliance frameworks for global data center operations.
• Review audit documentation (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX) to integrate existing controls.
• Collaborate with Second Line of Defense (2LOD) teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Develop monitoring mechanisms and reporting structures to track compliance progress.
• Create detailed project plans, policies, and audit-readiness materials for leadership.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data center compliance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, processes, and associated risks.
• Proven ability to adapt and take initiative in unstructured environments.
• Expertise in risk management frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX.

Nice to have

• Certification in risk management (e.g., CISA, CRCMP, CISM, CRISC).
• Experience with data center regulations and standards.
