What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for AutoStore solutions from initial lead to final contract signing.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies for new projects in the ANZ region.
  • Consult with customers and stakeholders to identify logistics and IT automation needs.
  • Lead proposal development, including subsystem integration and lifecycle service elements.
  • Coordinate internal project teams throughout the sales phase to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with the Director of Sales.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and consulting within similar industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully sold projects.
  • Detailed understanding of intralogistics, IT processes, and automation.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Flexibility to travel within Australia and New Zealand on a regular basis.
