What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the Australia & New Zealand territory.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and maintain pipeline visibility for leadership.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships within enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and inside sales teams to drive growth objectives.
  • Identify and analyze industry trends to shape future product development and client engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts regarding supply chain challenges and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise business development or sales experience in supply chain, logistics, or B2B tech.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales closing and consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Deep understanding of container terminal operations, yard management, or general cargo logistics.
  • Strong ability to operate independently as a self-starter and hunter.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in or authorized to work in Australia.

Nice to have

  • Experience building GTM strategies for industries undergoing digital transformation.
  • MarTech experience.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities for high-value selling.
