What you will do

• Visit dealerships onsite to optimize hirify.global product performance and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain subscription levels.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and upsell additional products and services to current customers.
• Collaborate with dealerships to build cohesive team environments focused on increasing automotive parts sales via ecommerce platforms.
• Partner with automaker field staff to increase awareness of hirify.global technology benefits for dealers.
• Manage projects such as pilot programs, dealer meetings, and industry forums to increase the value of hirify.global technology.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to maintain accurate call records, visit notes, and sales leads.

Requirements

• Must live within one hour of a major airport in the lower 48 U.S. States.
• Willingness to travel nationally by car and plane 80% of scheduled work time.
• Valid driver's license that is Real ID compliant.
• At least 1 year of formal customer-facing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
