Technology Program Manager (GenAI)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end global program and project portfolio for TAA Europe Region North.
• Drive the execution of in-market products aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Support transformation initiatives including DevSecOps and GenAI programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the VP Product Software Engineering, providing structured status updates and tracking dependencies.
• Define and continuously improve project management processes, templates, and best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Reporting & Analysis (PMO) roles.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, or consulting, within an international environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
• Background or experience in technical or software development environments.
• Ability to travel semi-regularly domestically and internationally.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive change within complex, matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in portfolio management, financial management, demand planning, or architecture.
• Advanced degree (Master's).
