What you will do

• Lead and coordinate complex satellite programs, emphasizing institutional and government-funded initiatives like DLR and ESA.
• Ensure end-to-end program execution including schedule, cost, risk, and quality management per ISO/AS9100 standards.
• Develop scalable procurement strategies compliant with public regulations and governance.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships in the German industrial ecosystem.
• Lead contract negotiations balancing commercial and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with external stakeholders including agencies, prime contractors, and public partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project and procurement management within institutional, government-backed, or publicly funded programs.
• Strong experience in German space, aerospace, or high-tech ecosystem (e.g., DLR, ESA, prime contractors).
• Proven management of complex multi-stakeholder programs with high governance and compliance.
• Solid understanding of public procurement processes, contracts, and regulations.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and excellent English.
• Spacecraft industry experience required; negotiation skills in high-stakes environments.

• Experience in satellite manufacturing, integration, or testing.
