What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for roles in Japan, partnering with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, delivering induction sessions onsite, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel data within the Workday HRIS and support payroll validation processes.
• Administer company benefits and handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, disciplinary procedures, and audit readiness.
• Propose and implement improvements to HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience with a specific focus on recruitment, payroll support, and HR projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working within a multinational company or Shared Service Centre.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional communication skills.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
