What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex hirify.global Cloud implementations for enterprise clients.
• Serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Design scalable integrations using APIs, cloud-native services, and automation frameworks.
• Act as a strategic advisor for AI-powered self-service, conversational AI, and experience orchestration.
• Mentor consultants and technical teams to drive delivery excellence and capability development.
• Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both German and English (written and verbal).
• 8+ years of professional consulting, solution architecture, or technical delivery experience.
• 3+ years of experience with hirify.global Cloud or comparable CX/CRM/AI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone).
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures, with AWS experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% for international customer engagements across EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered solutions including conversational AI, voicebots, and agent assist technologies.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native design patterns.
