Location: Must be based in Germany (Remote/Hybrid).

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery sessions to analyze client functional and technical requirements.
  • Build and deliver customized platform demonstrations for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design platform capabilities that meet specific client needs.
  • Execute proof of concepts and respond to RFIs/RFPs as part of the sales team.
  • Contribute to pricing scenarios, ROI analysis, and competitive sales strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and workshops to provide continuing education on hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Proven experience in a Pre-Sales role supporting sales and delivering creative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from technical staff to C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel 20-40% for client meetings and events.
