What you will do

• Design future-state workflows using Generative and Agentic AI to align with business goals and user needs.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across departments.
• Conduct deep business process analyses in Sales, CustomerOps, Finance, IT, and HR to drive automation and efficiency.
• Build and lead a team of AI/ML engineers to develop scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Execute a company-wide change management strategy, including training and stakeholder alignment for AI adoption.
• Deliver measurable improvements in operational cost reduction and process velocity.

Requirements

• Experience: 9+ years of consistent achievement in driving business transformation and strategic innovation.
• Practical experience leading Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives for corporate functions.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams from ideation to successful execution.
• Exceptional communication and narrative-building skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Knowledge of design thinking techniques and organizational change management frameworks.
• Location: Must be authorized to work in the US and based in New York.
