What you will do

• Execute sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for technology spend areas.
• Support contract negotiations for commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, and licensing structures.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on pricing, licensing models, and supplier offerings.
• Manage the contract lifecycle process in partnership with Legal, including drafting and redlining.
• Partner with IT stakeholders to translate technical requirements into sourcing specifications.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and demand management initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Working knowledge of cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
• Experience running sourcing events and managing supplier interactions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and supplier comparison.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Atlanta, GA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or IT.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CPSM or CIPS.
• Exposure to enterprise or global procurement environments.
